يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية ولم يُستخدم
لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال النباتات بعد استلامها حفاظًا على جودتها وسلامتها، إلا في حال وصولها تالفة أو غير مطابقة للطلب
في حال وصول المنتج تالف أو خطأ في الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام مع صور توضح المشكلة
يتم استرجاع المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال مدة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل بعد الموافقة على الطلب
لا يمكن قبول الإرجاع في حال تم العناية بالنبتة أو نقلها لتربة مختلفة بعد الاستلام
مشتلنا يحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي طلب استرجاع لا يلتزم بالشروط المذكورة أعلاه

Return Policy

Customers have the right to request a return within 3 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been used.
Plants cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery in order to preserve their quality and safety, except in cases where they arrive damaged or not as ordered.
If a product arrives damaged or there is an error in the order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days after the return request is approved.
Returns will not be accepted if the plant has been cared for, replanted, or transferred to a different type of soil after delivery.
Mashtalna reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with the terms stated above
